From November 8 to November 10, 2024, in Hà Giang Province, a volunteer delegation from Vietnam Air Catering Services Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with several organizations including the Vietnam Immigration Department at Noi Bai International Airport, Vietjet Air, the Northern Branch of Vietnam Air Petrol Company Limited (Skypec), the Public prosecutors office of Ba Dinh District, and Thuận Phát Trading & Transportation Co., Ltd., conducted a meaningful political and charitable program under the theme: "NATIONAL UNITY AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT."
As part of the series of activities, the delegation distributed essential supplies to households in Nam Buong Village, Viet Vinh Commune, Bac Quang District, Hà Giang Province, who were severely affected by Typhoon No. 3 (YaGi). The team also paid tribute to the heroic martyrs at the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs' Cemetery and the Temple at Hill 468—a historic site where our soldiers and people bravely fought and sacrificed their lives in the defense of the northern border of the homeland.
Additionally, the delegation presented educational equipment and essential supplies to students and teachers at Lung Cu Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, aiming to support education and improve living conditions in the highlands.

The delegation provided gifts to residents of Nam Buong Village, Viet Vinh Commune, Bac Quang District, who were severely affected by the aftermath of Typhoon No. 3 (Yagi). Additionally, the delegation visited and presented essential equipment and supplies to students and teachers of Lung Cu Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities. The donations included two solar-powered energy systems, four hot and cold water dispensers for students, winter clothing (jackets, hats), daily living necessities, and school supplies.
As part of the program, the team also delivered essential items to the Lung Cu Commune Police in Dong Van District to support and encourage the border security forces in maintaining peace along the nation’s frontier. The total value of the contributions exceeded 200 million VND.
During the event, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Quang, Chairman of Viet Vinh Commune, along with the residents of Nam Buong Village; Mr. Ha Van Tuyen, Vice Principal of Lung Cu School; and the primary school students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the delegation for their generosity and care.
This initiative, organized by Vietnam Airlines Catering Services Joint Stock Company in collaboration with various agencies, aimed to uphold the leadership’s call to action from the Party and State. It emphasized fostering the spirit of "NATIONAL UNITY AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT" by delivering timely and meaningful support to families affected by natural disasters and assisting people in remote, border regions of the country.
