On New Year’s Day of 2018, VINACS warmly welcome QATAR AIRWAYS, a 5 star airlines and one of the top in the airline world to officially become a customer of VINACS. This has become a big milestone, marking a significant step forward in the history of VINACS in particular and of the whole chain of VINACS in general.
Qatar Airways, one of the leading airlines in the world has the very high and strick in the standard of products and serervices. From January 02, 2018, Qatar Airways officially launch its direct flights Hanoi – Doha, and to double its flight frequency to Hanoi comparing to current. This is a new significant growth of Qatar Airways in Vietnam air market to facilitate passengers with more choices at higher flexible flights and routes.

After a long period of negotiations, consider and strictly evalutate VINACS on all aspects of safety in operation and exploitation; food safety; quality of products and services; human resources; chef qualifications; technology equipment and the international quality management system, Qatar Airways has officially awarded and signed contract with VINACS to provide full catering products and services to Qatar Airways at Noibai international airport. This is a historic milestone of VINACS, is proof to the trust of customers in general and of Qatar Airways in particular in the quality of products and services of VINACS.

Right at 07h15 on January 02, 2018, the first flight of Qatar Airways number QR969 connecting Hanoi – Doha landed safely at Noibai international airport. The modern catering hilift trucks of VINACS with refregerated systems approached and provided all inflight catering for flight QR969. All processes of supplies were on time at high standard of quality of meals provided for passengers and crew, which proved the strong commitment of quality from VINACS.

After completing the supply for the first flight, though busy with the preparation for the flight, all crew members of Qatar Airways and VINACS still spent time to exchange, and to have pictures taken that presented for friendship and long-term cooperation.
