QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

For VINACS, “environment”, “health" and "work safety” shall become part of the quality procedure, lining with sustainable development.

VINACS shall implement these following activities to achieve food hygiene and food safety requirements:

  • Risk analysis based on ISO22000 method is the basis for frame of reference pursuant to VINACS’s food activities.
  • VINACS shall design and maintain premises that facilitate cleanliness, the cold chain, and work flow compliance
  • Traceability - a key element in food safety and transparency, together with the support of barcodes, will be deployed at all VINACS catering facilities.
  • Monitoring and daily checking will be ensured to guarantee food hygiene standard. Our accredited analytical laboratory guarantees the microbiological quality from raw materials, cooking process to finished products.

    In order to offer the best service and product for customer, we commit to apply and maintain the effectiveness of the food and safety management system such as:

  • GMP Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • SSOP Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.
  • ISO 22000 International standards for food safety
  • ISO 14001-2004 Systems of standards for environment
  • QCVN 5-1: 2010/BYT National techical Regulations on milk liquid products.
  • QCVN 5-2:2010/BYT National techical Regulations on milk powder products.
  • QCVN 5-3:2010/BYT National techical Regulations on cheese products.
  • QCVN 6-1:2010/BYT National techical Regulations on mineral water and bottled drinking water.
  • QCVN 6-2:2010/BYT National techical Regulations on non-alcoholic beverage.
  • QCVN 6-3:2010/BYT National techical Regulations on alcoholic beverage.
  • QCVN 8-3:2012/BYT National techical Regulations on microbacterial contamination in food
  • QCVN 01:2009/BYT National techical Regulations on water quality for cooking and drinking
  • QCVN 02:2009/BYT National techical Regulations onwater quality for daily living
