VINACS Cam Ranh Air Catering Services Company at Cam Ranh (VINACS Cam Ranh) decided to expand its catering services to hotels, schools, hospitals, along with its traditional customers that are passengers for flights.
On April 20, VINACS Cam Ranh officially served 5 star standard onboard meals to passengers coming back from abroad to be quarantined at Sao Viet hotel (Nha Trang). Three meal services with 5 star quality standard are served for each person daily. Mr. Bui Doan Quang (from Hai Phong) a passenger coming back on VJ5139 on April 19 said: “ VINACS meals are full of nutrition in high quality, variety of menu choices and change every day. Food are packed in good hygiene and being served in hot condition to customers. We are all so satisfied with VINACS meals.”
5-star air catering meals at VINACS Cam Ranh
According to Mr. Doan Trong Tien – Director of VINACS Cam Ranh, during the difficult situation of Covid-19 pandemic, airline industry including catering services has been seriously impacted. Therefore, to remain production activities and create jobs for staff, the company has decided to find out a new innovative direction, that is to expand market, cooperate with hotels to serve air catering meals to passengers who are in quarantine when returning from abroad.
VINACS Cam Ranh now is serving services to 13 airlines including 3 domestic: Vietjet, Pacific Airlines and Bamboo Airways, and 11 international airlines (The whole VINACS system is serving catering meals and services for 33 airlines customers both domestic and international). In addition, the company also serves for five non-airline partners in Khanh Hoa Province. Mr. Tien also indicated that, supplying meals to hotels is considered a new direction as well as a necessary step to expand its market. “After approaching hotels, we are on the way to cooperate with schools, hospitals, businesses, travelling agencies, organizations, individuals… to serve 5-star air catering meals at reasonable price. Besides, the company also plan to make bottled fresh fruit juice for customers. We are committed to high product quality with optimal offers among the pandemic. Beyond productive activities and businesses, VINACS Cam Ranh is also known to proactively take part into charity activities for the community, contributing to the fight against Covid-19. Particularly, VINACS has provided free meals to those in quarantined areas of Vietnamese Army, such as: Training Centre (Khanh Hoa Border Guard Headquarters) and Air Defense Division 377 (Air Defense Force).
