Morning of May 05, 2024 Uzbekistan Airways officially resumed its regular direct flights from Taskent, Uzbekistan to Cam Ranh, Vietnam with a warm welcome from the Department of Tourism of Khanh Hoa and other Units after some years of suspension because of Covid-19, officially marking that the airline brought tourists back to Nha Trang tourism market. After this flight, the airline will begin operating direct flights Tashkent - Cam Ranh - Tashkent with a frequency of 2 flights/week on Wednesday and Sunday.

At 9:25 a.m., flight number HY561 of Uzbekistan Airways with its first 166 passengers landed safely at Cam Ranh International Airport. Leaders of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism and representatives of many Units welcomed, presented flowers and gifts to the very first passengers at the door, and flowers to the crew for congratulations.

Uzbekistan Airlines' flight using the new generation of Airbus A321 aircraft was completely successful, ensuring security and safety.
