The date June 13th, 2025 marked a significant milestone in the partnership between VINACS and Philippine Airlines, as VINACS was invited to Philippine Airlines 2025 Caterer’ Conference. For the first time, Philippine Airlines brought together its catering partners in a dedicated conference. This event highlights the airline’s deep commitment to enhancing the quality of inflight meals, recognizing catering as a vital component of the overall passenger experience.

Philippine Airlines (PAL), the national flag carrier of the Republic of the Philippines, was established in 1941. With the brand promise “Heart of the Filipino,” PAL connects the Philippines to the world, serving 18.5 million meals annually with the warmth and hospitality that define Filipino service.
In Vietnam, VINACS has had the honor of serving Philippine Airlines since 2019 at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN). Despite the unprecedented challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are proud to witness PAL’s strong recovery and impressive growth at the Hanoi station, from 4 flights per week in July 2024 to now 10 flights per week from June 2025.
VINACS was privileged to represent as one of Southeast Asia Caterer participated in the 2025 Caterer’s Conference of Philippine Airlines. Through the event, we were able to connect and share our operational experiences, and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction with the airline and other caterers.

The central theme of the conference focused on three key pillars of Philippine Airlines: Care – Experience – Consistency.

• Experience: Emphasizing the satisfying dining experience for passengers across all cabin classes and supportive cooperation of Philippine Airlines with business partners.
• Consistence: Ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained uniformly across all flights.
These values are also the goal and core principles that guide VINACS in all aspects of our operations. We believe that a great inflight meal is not defined by taste alone, but by the harmony of food safety, customer experience, and service consistency.
As Philippine Airlines continues to grow and strengthen its footprint in Hanoi and beyond, VINACS reaffirms its commitment to delivering excellence in every meal, every tray, every flight.
