In every management system, control activities play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the effectiveness of planned measures, as well as promoting continuous improvement.
At VINACS, the food safety control system is designed and checked across three levels:
1. On-site Supervision Level: With the principle of doing things right at the point of execution, every employee at VINACS is fully aware of their role as a critical control point in ensuring food safety and product quality. At the same time, each department is supported by dedicated supervisors and shift superviors who are responsible for ensuring that employees comply with the established control measures.

2. Quality Assurance Supervision Level: Our Quality Assurance supervisors were professionally trained in food science, microbiology, food processing, and food preservation. Every Quality Assurance staff at VINACS are responsible for cross-checking compliance with procedures, regulations, and product standards throughout all stages of production, ensuring timely detection of nonconformities that may affect consumer safety or the effectiveness of the management system.
3. System Supervision Level: All results from internal monitoring activities, along with feedback and improvement suggestions from customers, second parties, and third parties, are recorded, analyzed for root causes, and reviewed to determine corrective actions when necessary. Yearly, VINACS conducts internal audits and mock recall exercises to review and identify shortcomings, determine additional needs, and adjust resources to optimize the effectiveness of the supervision system.
By understanding and consistently applying the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle in all process stages, any nonconformities identified at each supervision level are addressed with a mindset of continuous improvement, aiming to enhance product quality and service efficiency in order to meet the increasingly high requirements of our customers and stakeholders.
