Every new employee joining VINACS participates in a comprehensive training program designed to suit each specific position. The courses include:
Corporate Orientation Training: Helps employees understand VINACS’s history, culture, organizational structure, and core values, enabling them to quickly integrate into a professional and disciplined work environment.
Food Safety and Hygiene Training (ISO 22000): Equips employees with the knowledge and skills to ensure safety in every stage – from food preparation and preservation to meal transportation – in accordance with ISO 22000 standards
Aviation Law and Safety Training: Provides essential knowledge on aviation security and safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and hazardous goods identification, ensuring absolute safety in all operations.
Professional Skills Training: Guides employees through detailed workflows for each position, helping them master their professional skills and achieve the highest work efficiency

“Hands-on Training – Learning Through Real Experience”

Beyond theory, VINACS places great emphasis on practical on-the-job training.
The company applies a “hands-on” approach, where each new employee receives detailed instruction to master essential skills and minimize risks while working. Experienced and highly skilled staff serve as mentors, directly supervising, guiding, and adjusting every small action when necessary.

At VINACS, we believe that true expertise is not built in classrooms, but through real experience. That’s why our training programs go beyond theory, they focus on hands-on learning right at the workplace.
The company applies a “hands-on” approach, where each new employee receives detailed instruction to master essential skills and minimize risks while working. Experienced and highly skilled staff serve as mentors, directly supervising, guiding, and adjusting every small action when necessary.

Among the most important training modules is Food Safety and Hygiene (FSH). Employees are trained meticulously in every detail to fully understand and comply with standards.

For example, during glass cleaning, after washing with a hot-water system, each glass is inspected under light to detect any water marks, dust, or fingerprints. The glass is then wiped again with a clean cotton towel until it is crystal clear. Any glass that does not meet the standard is separated and re-cleaned from the start. Before being served on the aircraft, the glasses are checked one final time to ensure every piece meets service standards.

Alongside food safety, VINACS places strong emphasis on aviation safety training. 
The program provides in-depth knowledge of the strict regulations established by Vietnam’s Civil Aviation Authority as well as the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

During aircraft approach training, employees are instructed and practice essential safety rules, from approach distance and direction to the stopping position of catering trucks. Each truck is guided by a signaler to ensure precise and safe operation. Employees are also instructed to wear safety harnesses when signaling flight attendants to open aircraft doors, preventing risks when working at heights.

Through this hands-on and attentive training approach, VINACS employees not only refine their professional expertise but also cultivate a mindset of discipline, precision, and care in every action, the very qualities that define excellence in the aviation industry.

Refresher Training – Sustaining Standards, Elevating Service Quality

Although employees have received thorough training and perform their tasks daily, VINACS still organizes regular refresher training courses for all staff and employees. This not only helps reinforce professional knowledge and standardized work processes but also enables employees to promptly update new regulations, technologies, and modern trends in the international aviation industry.

Through refresher courses, VINACS staff consistently refine their professional skills, adjust work habits to meet safety and hygiene standards, and strengthen their sense of responsibility and discipline in every position.
